110,000 square feet of specialty retail shops and restaurants will line the streets at ground level while approximately 650 residential units will be located above the retail components.
They'll be joined by two Marriott-affiliated hotels opening in 2007 and approximately 40,000 square feet of office space. Already, two restaurants, Cheeseburger in Paradise and Carrabbas Italian Grill are open while the additional components will open in 2008.
